Aroma Baths

Ingredients:
Here are a few blends of aromatherapy:
Stress Relief Blend:
- 5 drops ginger
- 7 drops bergamot
- 2 drops geranium
- (use dried geranium)
Sleep-time:
- 5 drops Chamomile
- 10 drops lavender
- (use 2 tbsps of dried lavender and/or chamomile)

Aphrodite’s Passion:
- 5 drops ylang ylang
- 5 drops patchouli
- 5 drops sandalwood
- (use dried rose petals or buds)
Morning Fresh
- 6 drops lemongrass
- 15 drops Petitgrain or Neroli
- (use dried lemongrass or dried lemon peel)

PMS Blend:
- 8 drops Clary Sage
- 10 drops Lavender
- (use dried lavender flowers)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and let it stay over night. Store it in a glass jar. Use 8 drops of desired mixture per bath; less if you have sensitive skin.
