Ingredients:

 Here are a few blends of aromatherapy:

Stress Relief Blend:

  • 5 drops ginger
  • 7 drops bergamot
  • 2 drops geranium
  • (use dried geranium)


Sleep-time:

  • 5 drops Chamomile
  • 10 drops lavender
  • (use 2 tbsps of dried lavender and/or chamomile)
Aroma Baths


Aphrodite’s Passion:

  • 5 drops ylang ylang
  • 5 drops patchouli
  • 5 drops sandalwood
  • (use dried rose petals or buds)

Morning Fresh

  • 6 drops lemongrass
  • 15 drops Petitgrain or Neroli
  • (use dried lemongrass or dried lemon peel)

Aroma Baths 2

 

PMS Blend:

  • 8 drops Clary Sage
  • 10 drops Lavender
  • (use dried lavender flowers)

 

 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and let it stay over night. Store it in a glass jar. Use 8 drops of desired mixture per bath; less if you have sensitive skin.
